Welcome to day 24, the leap of faith.
Just do it.
I want to turn your attention to Genesis 12.
I'm gonna read for you verse 1 and verse 4.
Pay close attention as we read.
"Now the Lord had said unto Abram, get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee."
Verse 4 says, "So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran."
Now, I want to draw your attention to the fact that it said in past tense "Now God had said to Abram," and then in verse 4 it says that he was seventy and five years old.
Did you hear that?
Seventy-five years old when he found his "why," when he obeyed and when he took the leap of faith of doing what God told him.
I believe that God had told him that many, many years before and he took that step many years afterward.
What causes that to happen?
Well, doubt can cause that to happen or not trusting God can cause that to happen.
So I want to encourage you today, if you take anything from Day 24, it's to leap, to jump into it.
When God tells you your "why," believe God, trust God and no other, and move forward.
Dive into it.
Just do it, and receive all that God has for you.
Just do it.
Take the leap of faith.
